The Department of English at East Carolina University (http://www.ecu.edu/english)
seeks a tenure-track assistant professor specializing in Children’s Literature
and Victorian Literature, to begin August 12, 2013. Ph.D. or equivalent by
August 2013 is required.
Candidates should demonstrate expertise in each field and contribute to teaching and course development in both areas at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The successful candidate will be expected to pursue an ongoing research agenda in either area and provide appropriate service to the university, community, and profession.
Screening begins November 1, 2012, and will continue until the position is filled.
